Please read before purchasing!

By purchasing Obsession, all consumers agree to our order process, as well as being aware of all terms and conditions stated on this page whenever a purchase is made. 

All orders are final after the pre-order period. If you want to refund your purchase for any reason, please contact us during the pre-order period 1 September to 6 October at: [email protected] 

Purchase is for personal use only. Obsession may not be distributed, reproduced or sold for any other purpose. 

Shipping and delivery:

  • All products listed are pre-order items. During pre-orders, products have yet to be sent into production. Items will only be produced once pre-orders have concluded. Items will only be shipped out once all physical zines and merchandise have been produced. 
  • We estimate shipping to begin around January 2024, however, this may be subject to delays. Check our socials for updates. 
  • Orders are shipped from the United Kingdom. Delivery time varies depending on your location. Global issues such as Covid or supply chain problems might cause delays. 
  • All orders are tracked by default, in countries where it’s available, but standard shipping is optional.
  • Due to shipping restrictions, Obsession will not be able to ship to certain countries, listed at the bottom of this page. We apologise for any inconvenience. 
  • Digital zines will only be emailed out to buyers once all physical orders have been shipped. 
  • Buyers are responsible for any customs and taxes that may apply to their order. Obsession is not responsible for any delays due to customs. 

Refunds and replacements:

Obsession will not offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:

  • Order was lost in transit. 
  • Items were damaged during transit due to mishandling of the shipping company. 
  • Order was delivered to an old address (without being returned) due to the buyer not informing the change to Obsession by the cut off date. The cut off date will be announced on our socials close to the shipping period. 
  • Order was delivered to the wrong address (without being returned) due to the buyer providing an incorrect address on their order. 

If an order is returned to Obsession due to a mistake on the buyer’s part (such as in incorrect address on the order, no one there to receive the package after several delivery attempts, etc) then the buyer can have the package re-sent to them if they pay for shipping. If the buyer does not wish to pay this shipping fee, they will only be refunded the value of the product. 

 

Countries that Obsession CANNOT ship to due to sanctions: 

Afghanistan, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Belarus, Burma (Myanmar), China, Democratic Republic of Congo, Egypt, Eritrea, Republic of Guinea (Conakry), Guinea- Bissau, Haiti, Iran, Iraq, Ivory Coast, North Korea, Lebanon, Liberia, Libya, Russia, Sierra Leone, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Tunisia, Ukraine (Crimea/Sebastopol) and Zimbabwe.
